Vendor Opportunities
As an exhibitor, you are invited to showcase your products and services to people from all over the Southern Illinois region.
Saturday, March 28, 2026, Carbondale Civic Center.
Exhibits will be open from 9:00am to 4:00pm. You are expected to be ready to receive participants at 8:30am and stay until 4:00pm.

8x4 space - $100
8x8 space - $130
8x12 space - $165​​​
Please complete and return your application by
February 28, 2026. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as an exhibitor. Event coordinators reserve the right to refuse participation to any exhibitor deemed inappropriate for the Expo.

Be sure to have all your business information/ descriptions ready so when you fill out the form, the screen doesn't time out after 30 minutes.
